Fixings:
1 KG Fresh fish

2 Onions
2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1 TBSP Fenugreek Seeds
1 TBSP Mustard Paste
½ TSP Whole Cumin
2 Tomatoes
½ Cup Yogurt
3 Green Chilies
1 TBSP Coriander Powder
1 TSP Turmeric powder
1 and ½ Lemon Juice
10 gm Green Coriander
1 TSP Red Chili Powder
½ Cup Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Kasuri Methi
Cooking Method:
1. In a bowl, include angle, Salt, turmeric, ginger garlic glue, Lemon Juice, blend them all and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
2. Now Take a skillet, include cooking oil and marinated angle in this container, let it broil until the point when it changes into brilliant darker
3. Add garlic, Fenugreek seeds, Mustard seeds, Cumin Powder, Green stew, onion in a dish, and cook it for 1 Minute
4. Now include tomato glue, yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes
5. Now include salt, red stew powder, Chopped red bean stew, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric and cook it for 5 Minutes
6. Now include kasuri Methi, Fried fish and stew it for 5 Minutes
